Who is the Koltiva Social Media Executive

The social media executive is responsible for creating and publishing social media content that aligns with the company's branding and marketing goals. This includes developing social media calendars, writing engaging captions and posts, creating visual content such as graphics and videos, and managing social media ads.

What are the key responsibilities of the Social Media Executive

• Qualifying and prioritizing leads: Lead management to assess the quality and potential value of each lead, based on business parameters.
• Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing & PR, Product, Tech, HR, Project, and Climate division to ensure integrated and consistent marketing campaigns, delivered on time with maximum results.
• Up to date with the latest digital media trends, industry trends, and design technology available and being able to leverage them into our media.
• Creating consistent, meaningful content on targeted social media platforms, including writing, and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts, articles, and page descriptions

• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings. Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials.
• Analyze the company’s social media presence and performance using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights

What is the requirement of the Position?

• Good Communication Skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major. Preferred in marketing management
• Minimal 3 years working as the social media specialist
• Fluent in English both verbal & written
