Job Description

We are seeking a talented and innovative Social Media Ads Creative Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Social Media Ads Creative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital ad campaigns by reviewing ad creative performance and crafting compelling content briefs. Your expertise in creating winning digital ads will contribute significantly to enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across various social media platforms


:

  • Continuously optimize ad creative based on performance data and user feedback to maximize conversion rates and engagement.
  • Utilize your creative flair and marketing acumen to design engaging and visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers and other team members to bring your ad concepts to life.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and competitor ad campaigns to inform your creative approach
  • Utilize data-driven insights to enhance ad performance, aiming to increase click-through rates (CTR), conversions rate, and overall ROAS.
  • Review digital ad creative performance on a daily basis and devise optimization plans accordingly.
  • Conduct thorough content research by benchmarking against competitors and other brands to ensure our ad creatives remain relevant to the target audienceDevelop ads creative brief that will be handed over to the creative team so they can develop the content
  • Conduct A/B testing of ad creative elements (e.g., visuals, copy, call-to-action) to determine the most effective variations.


Qualification:

  • Poses at least a bachelor degree from reputable University
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools and ad creation software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
  • Have a good understanding of digital marketing funnel in every social media platform
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative ad concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with the team.
  • Have at least 1 year of work experience preferably from social media function
  • Knowledge of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform algorithms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Proven experience in social media advertising, with a focus on ad creative development and performance analysis.
