We are a dynamic and innovative architectural design studio seeking a talented Scriptwriter and Creative Content Creator to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for crafting engaging scripts and generating creative ideas for our social media platforms, including Instagram reels, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with videographers, designers, and editors to bring your scripts to life through visually captivating and engaging videos.
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure the final videos maintain the intended message and tone.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team and architects to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and storylines to enhance our content strategy.
• Develop detailed storyboards and shot lists to guide the production process.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in content creation and social media marketing.
• Develop compelling and concise scripts for videos that effectively communicate the unique aspects of our architectural designs, projects, and studio philosophy.
• Generate creative ideas and concepts for content creation that align with our brand image, audience preferences, and current social media trends.
• Monitor social media platforms for engagement and user feedback, adapting content strategies accordingly.
• Conduct thorough research to ensure accurate and informative content.

Qualifications:

• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to generate unique and innovative content ideas.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with the technical aspects of video production, including shot composition and editing principles.
• A portfolio or examples of previous scriptwriting and content creation work are highly desirable.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with exceptional attention to detail and grammar.
• Strong command of storytelling techniques and the ability to translate complex architectural concepts into compelling narratives.
• Familiarity with architectural and design terminology is a plus.
• Proficiency in crafting scripts that are concise, engaging, and on-brand for different social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and scriptwriting tools.
• Previous experience as a Scriptwriter or Creative Content Creator, preferably in the architecture, design, or related industries.
