Job Description

Requirements:

  • Good in negotiation skill
  • Excellent communication
  • Can work either individual or with team
  • Have a good analysis
  • Have a good relationship with landlords
  • Willing to travel for site survey across Indonesia for Mall or other potential property survey and meeting
  • At least 3 years experience in related industry


s:

  • Nogetiate with landlord/owner/developer
  • Conduct survey and create feasibility study for each location found
  • Present location findings to Management
  • Coordinate and liaise with function
  • Achieve location submission
