Shopkeeper Jobs

We are looking for a team member who is friendly, energetic and shines bright in the midst of the store. A person who is passionate about retail and the Korean Pop industry, very helpful, knows about Visual Merchandise and is willing to collaborate with KWANGYA @JAKARTA team.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers and assist them with the selection of merchandise
• Performs other related duties as requested
• Help customers with billing and payment processes at the stores counter
• Maintain the outlook of the store by dusting, cleaning, and restocking merchandise on the shelves
• Display and organize products in a store for the customers to locate easily including the visual report
• Greet, interact and monitor customers

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Office, POS system, and basic administration
• Knows about Visual Merchandise
• Excellent customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work flexible hours (shifting)
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 1-year experience in Retail Industry as a Shopkeeper
• Detail-oriented
