Job Description

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Position Summary

EcoCrete’s Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling EcoCrete's sustainable CLC Greenblocks products to clients, architects, contractors, developers, and government officials in the Bali market and beyond. Our Sales Representative will work closely with the Sales Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will utilize CRM to track customer interactions and sales data. English is a must and preferably a background in construction.

Key Responsibilities

·Promote and sell EcoCrete's sustainable CLC GreenBlocks.

·Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

·Utilize CRM to track customer interactions and sales data, and to identify and target new business opportunities.

·Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the Sales Manager.

·Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

·Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and partners.

Qualifications

·Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

·Strong understanding of the Bali construction market and the sustainable building materials industry.

·Experience with CRM software, and ability to analyze and use customer data to drive sales strategy.

·Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

·Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

·Ability to travel as needed.

·Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.


Salary & Compensation

·Competitive salary package with a range of Rp. 8.000.000 – Rp. 12.000.000, based on experience and qualifications.

·Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

·Transportation for client visits will be covered by the company.
