Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Marketing efforts based in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong general understanding of marketing principles and techniques, with an outstanding track record in social media advertising. You will work closely with the Senior team to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital channels.

Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Manage marketing budget (planned vs actual) as well as external vendors and agencies as needed to execute marketing activities
• Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
• Create compelling content for social media and other marketing channels, including blog posts, case studies, infographics, videos, and whitepapers
• Analyse ROI marketing campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across various digital and offline channels, including social media, email marketing, and content marketing; with a focus on our 6 monthly health & longevity coaching journey and our supplements
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
• Work with the product team to develop product messaging and positioning that resonates with our target customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and maximize results

Senior Marketing Manager Requirements

• Experience in marketing agency, healthcare, or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, health, or related field
• Outstanding track record in developing and executing successful social media advertising campaigns
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media advertising
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
