Technical And Professional Requirements
  • Action oriented and goal focused
  • Ability to manage a P&L, very good with numbers
  • Several years of sales and client management experience.
  • Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented
  • Deep understanding of Customer Experience solutions across the entire customer journey
  • Proven expertise of nurturing and building large profitable client relationships
  • Deep understanding of the SEA enterprise market especially around Experience in Commerce and Digital Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state- of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Understand offerings deeply and pitch them to prospective clients
  • Understand client strategy and vision and prepare client expansion strategy
  • Build partnerships with product principals and other partners in the region
  • Collaborate with presales, delivery and architecture teams to ensure greatest winnability
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Prioritizes deals that are aligned to company growth strategy
  • Act as trusted advisor to clients
  • Build CXO level relationships and present Born XDS as a strategic transformational partner
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops;
  • Conducts client governance and executive level meetings and pitches
  • Shape deals to sell large scale solutions
  • Build multi-prong relationship with clients to drive deal wins
