As (Senior) Editor, you will have an insight into the importance of a press release and gain expertise in the Public Relations and Media industries. You will communicate with other departments and our customers in a professional and effective way.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Offer professional suggestions to customers on how to improve their press releases
• Ensure that all client requests are handled to the highest customer service standards
• Format press releases, proofread documents or edit translations with speed and accuracy
• Provide regular and timely feedback on operation activities to supervisors as needed
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of distribution platforms and processes
• Ensure routine workflow runs smoothly within the team, including seamless collaboration with colleagues in other functions

Desired Skills And Experience

• High level of independence, self-motivation, energy, and accountability
• 2 years of working experience (no industry limitation)
• Night shift (20:00-05:00/22:00-07:00)
• Confidence in communication and interpersonal skills, including high proficiency in written English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese, as well as fluency in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Flexible with schedule (some overtime and holiday coverage might be required once a while)
