Recognizing the inevitable demand for design services in a maturing market, our client saw an opportunity to broaden its horizon. In 2004, they launched a dedicated design studio to cater to the burgeoning market needs, which was a strategic move complementing their existing GOODWOOD brand.

Till date, they continue to lead in their market segment, offering exceptional services in furniture manufacturing, renovation, and architectural interior design consultation in Cambodia.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating work with engineering and construction units at project site.
• Reviewing CAD drawings, renderings, layouts, study models, construction documents, and color/material boards prepared by Architectural Designers.
• Creating construction specifications and preparing detailed requisitions for equipment and materials when needed. Interfaces with suppliers as required.
• Conducting on‐site observations and reviews.
• Reviews and coordinate with reporting manager for any approval and issued detailed drawings.
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes and standards as well as client requirements.
• Makes new proposals and/or modify existing drawings when necessary.
• Performing general architectural works including architectural design, site visits and inspections and prepares related reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in architecture field
• Experience of interpreting and understanding local utilities rules and design codes
• Have knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Must have integrity, initiative, and be flexible and proactive
• Able to communicate with English
• Indonesian candidate only.
• If less than 5 years experience, junior (graduate) and middle role also open.
• Having 5+ years experiences the field of Architecture & Design.
• Having good proficiency in CAD and MS Office
• Willing to work at Phnom Penh, Cambodia
