Requirements :

2. Demonstrated general knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction technique related engineering principles and building code
3. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Architecture
4. Required skill(s) : V-Ray, Sketch up, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Presentation

1. Prepare Design concept
2. Coordination with the team regarding the planning process
3. Conduct the team to execute the concept and present it to the client
4. Respect for the quality and quantity of the planning design
5. Discuss the objectives, requirements and budget of a project to be carried out
6. Processing interior and exterior design concepts in a building
7. Make a design according to what the client wants
8. Design drawings to reach clients
9. Improve the final construction planning that can show the appearance of the building
