Job Description

Cafémaker, a rising coffee machine rental company, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Service Representative to join our team. As a Sales Service Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Your primary focus will be on promoting our coffee machine rental services, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting clients throughout the rental process. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and pickup of rented coffee machines.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate rental terms, pricing, and contract agreements with customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information about Cafémaker's coffee machine rental services.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, including interactions, rental agreements, and payment details, using CRM software.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new coffee machine models to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
  • Actively promote Cafémaker's rental packages, highlighting the benefits and features that meet customers' needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Assist customers in selecting the appropriate coffee machine rental package based on their requirements and budget.


Qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey information.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales deals while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • A genuine passion for coffee and a willingness to continuously learn about industry trends.
  • Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the coffee industry is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
