Position: Sales Team Lead (POS)

Requirements:

• Good negotiation skills, presentation skills, logical thinking, high initiative, and a determined person
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Management, Economics, Marketing, or Equivalent
• Good understanding of marketing practice, trends, and demands, in the Fintech and Market Place
• Willing to work in the BSD area
• Prior working experience in Point of Sale (POS) Industry / E - Commerce / E - Wallet as a Sales Lead or Business Development Lead.
• At least 3 year of working experience in Sales is required for this position
• Ability to build relationships with all types of people
• Ability to speak in Mandarin

• Gaint a Partnership with the merchant
• Bridge the gap between business partners and related internal departments
• Manage engagement relationship with a merchant
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing or potential business partners
• Conducting in-depth market research and analysis to determine the feasibility of business opportunities
• Understanding Indonesia's economic condition and fintech industries in order to explore a new business ideas
• Doing Sales Canvassing
