Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a sales team, be able to provide on-site training, and be a good role model

- Setting goals and sales targets

- Create action plans and manage sales activities to achieve targets

- Supervise the development of personal and general sales targets

- Fostering good relationships with customers

- Update market and competitor information

- Analyze data and send periodic reports

- Create PDCA Analysis and Kaizen Strategy

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5 years experience (preferred)

- Good attitude and good communication, Good problem-solving skills

- Target-oriented (monthly)

- Able to put ideas and strategies to increase sales

- Able to achieve sales targets according to work programs and KPIs

- Able to work in a team, proactive and responsible for Target to Management

- Have excellent leadership skills

- Willing to be placed in Bogor
