Job Description

- Identify trends for the different channels, understand impact of regulatory updates and various commercial scenarios to formulate long-term plans

- Work with a cross-functional team to deliver a comprehensive forecast in alignment with all market data shared by key members of the operation

- Align with regional and national stakeholders to understand key business plans that need to be prioritised and translated into local route to market strategies

- Constantly work with field partners to understand the current market climate


Job Requirements:

- Minimum education S1 from any majors

- Field Sales Executive & handling distributors will have at least 2 years experience in Sales - ideally General Trade & Modern Trade

- Working knowledge in Business Development, Strategy Creation, Financial and Business Analysis

- Excellent Team Management skills
