Job Purpose:

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. This includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and providing coaching and support to sales representatives. The Sales Manager must have a deep understanding of the HRIS market and be able to effectively communicate the benefits of our products and services to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching and support to sales representatives.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress towards sales goals.
• Generate and track sales reports.
• Identify and qualify new leads.
• Attend trade shows and industry events.
• Represent the company at customer events.
• Close sales deals.
