Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, service quality management, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services and excellent customer experience
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Stay updated with industry regulations, travel trends, and new destinations to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customer.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales within the travel industry, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric approach.
- Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customer.
