Job Description
Sales B2B
We are looking for candidates who are highly experienced in sales B2B with proven track records. Our industry is related to construction / infrastructure business. therefore we are expecting you to exercise skills for lobbying, persuasion, negotiation, communication and marketing to consultants, contractors, developers or owners.
We are looking especially for people who have strong experience / background in commercial building / industrial construction / infrastructure, possess networks and understanding of current commercial building / industrial construction projects.
We also welcome candidates with other than commercial building / industrial background, however you must have strong characters and proven achievements in lobbying, marketing, persuasion / negotiation in creating leads and winning significant deals for your previous employers. You must be able to prove that you are proactive, intelligent, persistent, fast learner, willing to learn about this new industry / market and possess high awareness.

PT. Roda Nurmala is pump & system specialist. We are distributing pump systems across projects in Indonesia. Established for more than 20 years, we have strong market presence in commercial building, industrial and oil & gas projects, specialized in fire pumps.
Requirements
  • If you don't have any background in the industry / education, at least you must prove that you are worthy of our consideration. No fresh graduate
  • Networking & communication skills
  • Leadership & management skills.
  • Strategic marketing & branding skills.
  • Highly people / sales marketing person.
  • Charismatic, good appearance and a smart conversationalist.
  • Persuasion, lobbying and negotiation skills
  • Min 5 years sales experiences.
  • Proactive, persistent, ambitious, fast leaner, hard working, possess awareness, trustworthy, responsible, wise and possess mature leadership.
  • Understand current marketing trend (digital marketing)
  • Proven significant B2B sales records
Duties
  • Create project form zero
  • Exercise leadership and management skills in the job.
  • Exercise brand awareness & strartegic marketing / sales.
  • Achieve sales target (including margin target and payment target).
  • Networking & lobbying targeted market / person (decision maker).
