Sales Assistant Jobs

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our BtB sales team. You will be a key contributor to our BtB sales team's success. You will primarily be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and trade shows. You will provide outstanding customer service by liasoning between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and issues
• Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
• Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
• Coordinate shipping and delivery
• Lead client correspondence

Qualifications

• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• English proficiency minimum conversational
• Self-motivated, committed, determined, diligent, and trustworthy nature
• Have good interpersonal skills
• Proactive
• Good ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
• In-depth knowledge of sales principles and techniques
• Experience in related fields minimal 2 years
