We are AMLAW, an Indonesian corporate and litigation law firm, having its office at Jl. Prof. Dr. Satrio No. 289, Karet Kuningan, Setiabudi, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, 12940, and currently we are looking for Sales and Admin for PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) to join our firm.

Requirements

Mandatory

• Proficient in Android (Phone) and Outlook Mail.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Sales Marketing with good achievement;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Proficient in Zoom (Schedule multiple meetings, Integrate calendars, Host a meeting, Appoint co-host in meeting, Present/Share Screen, Record a meeting, Manage participants view, Held a seminar and manage participants);
• Proficient in Instagram and Instagram Ads (Create IG Post, Advertise IG Post, Respond to DMs and Comments, Create leads report from IG); and
• Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Drive, G-Sheets, G-Forms, G-Docs, G-Slides, G-Meet, G-Calendar, G-Mail);
• Proficient in WhatsApp Business (Blast message, Label message, Create group, Archiving chats and contacts, Create leads report from WhatsApp);

Additional

• Bachelor degree with any major (major in law is a plus);
• Good knowledge of PKPA (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat), PERADI (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia), Indonesian Law Market, Indonesian Lawyers (esp. Advokat in Indonesia);
• Able to work under pressure and manage numerous projects simultaneously; and
• Able to work individually and as a team.
• Have good logical and analytical thinking;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Attention to detail and meticulous;
• Proficient in GoogleAds (Create a campaign, Create list of keywords, Analyze the trends, Create ads report, Maximize ads result, Optimize GoogleAds tools, Top-up balance);

Responsibilities

• Generate post implementation report per Batch PKPA;
• Actively looking for improvement and solutions.
• Manage Instagram Ads and Google Ads, and analyze trends to improve Ads on Instagram and Google to generate more leads and sales;
• Manage, archive, and generate report for participants data;
• Generate regular leads and sales report (monthly and annually);
• Landing students/participants for PKPA;
• Handle new and existing students/participants;
• Handle Zoom Admin during PKPA Class;
• Archive Zoom Recordings for final report and for future Ads material;
• Handle PKPA Registration for new students/participants;
• Handle customer service (immediate respond to chat, comments, DM, email, phone) via WhatsApp Business, Outlook Mail, Instagram;
• Publish Ads on Instagram and Google;
