Sales Administration Jobs

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible in supporting marketing operational by processing and tracking orders, maintain customer database, and handling post-sale customer service reports.

Key Accountabilities:

• Sales support: collect sample, create PO
• Updating customer database and maintaining records
• Weekly and monthly reports for management team
• Produce and maintain files, distribute copies to other departments and relevant customer

• Barantum - matching offers’ details and data
• Handle sample request by sales
• Controlling Production Orders (SPP / SPC)
• Process marketing performance data
• Provide customer surveys; record all queries and concerns of customers
• Verifying orders by ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices (manage customer’s personal information and payment details)
• Recapitulating the details of sales confirmation
• Creating, receiving, and processing Purchase Order with price details
• Always updating self-knowledge of business product offerings to be able to assist marketing to make offering - Maintaining and updating sales and customer records
• Create monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports

Qualification:

• Familiar in Microsoft Excel basic formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot
• Min. Education: Diploma DIII Degree in any major
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang
• Good at making reports
• Having work experience as Sales Admin / Admin / Marketing is preferred
• Great communication and negotiation skills, analytical-thinking, detail-oriented
