RISK POLICY

• Manage company policies, synchronize the policies and procedures with all regulatory requirements and company’s risk appetite.
• Monitor and conduct audit as second line of defense to make sure the policies and procedures are properly implemented, any gaps are promptly identified and mitigated, recommend process improvement for better effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Perform continuous monitoring on portfolio performance and take necessary actions to ensure the quality of portfolio is within targeted parameter and benchmark.
• Produce, review, and update policies based on credit performance analysis as well as business opportunity and future strategy based on risk return optimization.
• Communicate and provide training on the policies and procedures to all functions.
• Collaborate proactively with all stakeholders to support overall business initiatives and strategy, including addressing various inquiries from OJK and funding partners, due diligence activities, etc.

OPERATIONAL RISK:

• Provide recommendation on how to improve business process and controls, review new business / product prior to, during, and post launching.
• Monitor and report all Operational Risk Losses and work with Finance team on the accounting treatment of the Losses due to Operational Risk Issues.
• Lead Quality Assurance teams, manage 2nd line assurance audit/ control of risk taking units including but not limited to Credit Assessment, Anti Fraud and Collection.
• Drive regular review of Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) for all functions, evaluate reported Operational Risk Issues, identify and describe problems, ensure corrective actions are properly planned, executed, monitored and followed up until the issues are fully solved. Update operational risk policies and procedures from the lessons learned.
• Develop and manage Operational Risk Framework, Methodologies and Governance.
• Coordinate with Responsible Person (RP) of each functions including Risk, Business, Finance, IT, HR, Customer Services, Legal & Compliance in implementing Operational Risk Framework, analyze and report operational risk profiles to the unit head, related functions and to Risk Management Committee.

Job Requirements:

• Have a good understanding of Indonesian regulations, law and industry practice.
• Good communication in English and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to take on new challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 5 years’experience in risk policy , operational risk and / or related fields in financial services / banking.
• Plus point for those with bachelor degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Computer Science, Information System and informatics.
• Experience of front facing OJK, regulatory audit experiences, various interaction with regulators, associations, and financiers.
• Ability to multi-task, with a positive attitude and to work independently with a minimum supervision.
