Job Description

PT Daimler Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Indonesia - Bogor, Wanaherang


Qualifications

  • Have basic knowledge of CAD, Mechanical, and Production System
  • Good analytical skill and communication skill
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Have 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field


Technical Administration

  • Join supplier assessment activity
  • Filling local part documentation
  • Documented ISO 14001 Environment and IATF 16949 activity
  • Request PR approval, Create PR and GR in Fiori system


Technical Review

  • Request Part DVP, 2D Drawing, 3D data from supplier and request approval from designer and testing engineer
  • Joint check part, process, and test activity at supplier


Testing Activity

  • Preparation sample part, AO drawing. Reporting fitment trial and vehicle part retro fitment activity.


Compliance

  • Compliance to Daimler AG Integrity Code
  • Compliance to Daimler AG Policies and Guidelines
