Research And Development Officer

Haquhara is looking for a Research and Development Officer who will be in charge of innovating new products and brighten us with brand new ideas regarding trends and beauty! The job responsibilities include :

• Research for trends and benchmark cosmetic products
• Quality control of finished and existing goods
• Gather professionals feedback for product improvement purposes
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to identify benchmarks and develop formulas
• Analyze business opportunities and the variables of valuable products used by professionals for future product development purposes
• Manage timelines, feedback, and communication with manufacturing partners
• Conduct primary and secondary market research
