Entry Level Research Analysts (Market Research)

Location: Hybrid/On-site (Denpasar)

We are looking for a talented research analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in conducting deep, extensive market research on specific topics. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively and fluently in business English, and fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze data and present insights and recommendations in PowerPoint or Word documents.
• Conduct deep secondary/desktop research using various sources to gather data on specific topics.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news (e.g., tech, sustainability, retail, finance)
• Participate in strategy discussions to develop research objectives and methodology.
• Collect and organize data using Excel spreadsheets.
• Meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaboratively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills in business English, both written and verbal.
• Proven experience in market research, with a portfolio of past research work.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis.
• Communicate and collaborate with the latest digital tools (e.g., Slack, Google Suite, Notion, etc.)
• Excellent research skills, including the ability to conduct deep secondary research and gather data using various sources.
• Ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

We provide our services to various organizations such as Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), startups, business owners, and large companies (multi-nationals) in the commercial sector industry. Our clients consist of local and global companies worldwide EU, US, MENA, and APAC with multiple timezones.

Compensation Range

IDR 4,000,000 - IDR 5,000,000 per month
