As a Graphic Designer at PT. Smerta Amerta Adiwarna, you will play a pivotal role in capturing and enhancing the essence of "Indonesian Vintage" within our photo booth experiences. Your creativity and design expertise will be crucial in crafting visually appealing and culturally resonant designs that reflect the nostalgia and charm of Indonesia's rich heritage. Working closely with our creative team, you will contribute to shaping a unique and authentic visual identity for our photobooth that leaves a lasting impression on our clients and their guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and create new and exciting design ideas that align with the company's vision and client preferences.
• Adapt and modify existing design templates to suit different events and customer requests while maintaining the vintage aesthetic.
• Stay updated on design trends, particularly within the realm of vintage and Indonesian culture, and incorporate fresh and innovative ideas into your work.
• Develop and execute design concepts for photobooth backdrops, props, print materials, and digital assets inspired by the "Indonesian Vintage" theme.
• Ensure all design materials uphold the highest quality standards and effectively communicate the desired theme and message.
• Communicate and coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.

Job Requirements:

• A passion for design and a genuine interest in creating experiences that resonate with clients and guests.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Prior experience in event design, themed environments, or similar roles is a plus.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian culture, history, and design elements, primarily related to the vintage era.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Creative flair and the ability to think outside the box while staying true to the theme and client preferences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your proficiency in graphic design and an understanding of the vintage aesthetic.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
