The Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional (Area) Finance Controller to join our team and take on the responsibility of managing the financial operations for one of our areas (Seminyak or Uluwatu). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management, as well as experience leading financial teams. As Regional Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, to develop and execute financial strategies that support the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

• Leading the development of financial models and forecasts
• Monitoring departmental spending and identifying opportunities for cost savings
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and laws
• Ensuring that all financial reports are accurate and delivered on time
• Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures that align with industry standards and best practices
• Managing and overseeing the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner
• Developing and implementing strategies to improve financial performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including executive leadership, to develop and execute financial strategies that support the growth and success of our company
• Managing the annual budgeting process, including setting financial targets and developing budgets for each department
• Managing the year-end audit process and ensuring that all financial statements are accurate and compliant with regulations
• Identifying and mitigating financial risks
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and auditors
• Providing financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
• Overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting

As the Regional Financial Controller Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team and contribute to the success of our organisation. Requirements

To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications:

• Proficiency in financial software and systems
• Familiarity with financial regulations and laws
• Proven experience in financial analysis and forecasting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex problems
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management
