Area Financial Controller Jobs

Responsibilities

• Implement and review financial control policies and procedures
• Design an internal reporting system required by the department and management
• Employ adequate internal control procedures to ensure correct authorization for payment
• Works with Human Resources on manpower planning and management needs
• Provides administrative support to management with reference to policy enforcement, business, and operational assistance
• Implement and maintain acceptable accounting practices and procedures required by generally accepted accounting practices and as affected by local conditions
• Prepare monthly performance of actual result against budget, analysis result, and recommend to GM and CEO action required to achieve the budget
• Set up and implement department strategy to develop all finance and business support staff
• Manage internal and external audit process when they occur
• Identifies potential staff to be promoted and/or transferred within finance and business support operations
• Analyze Financial and Management reports
• Underlying budget, forecasts
• Prepare Key Performance Objectives for Head of the Department under Finance and Accounting Division
• Advise management about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and assumptions
• Follow up all capital expenditures to ensure compliance with company policy
• Evaluate existing internal controls that apply to accounting procedures and computer system

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to be placed in Bali, Seminyak Area
• Minimum of 10 years working experience as a Finance Controller
• Good at data mining and analysis
• Strong analytical and critical thinking
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
