Job Description

Responsibilities

Candidate must be able to do the following:

  • Promptly respond to enquiry by phone/messages/email in a clear and professional manner
  • Handle simple petty cash
  • To be worked under pressure as individual or in team
  • Assist with check in/out guests
  • Respond to guests's request and handle issues/complains on site


Qualifications

  • Neat and friendly appearance
  • Familiar with OTA and Channel managers
  • Familiar with Lombok, especially touristic areas
  • Simple mathematics and finance
  • Bachelor degree
  • Minimum 2 years experience as receptionist in a hotel
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent in english both verbally or in writing
