Receptionist & Hostel Manager position will oversee all hostel management and responsible in front desk work includes; checkin - checkout guest, guest assistance, and related task.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement bonus plans for performance of staff and management
- Arrange and implement a preventative maintenance schedule
- Maintain accurate reservation information
- Conduct performance evaluations
- Create specific task lists for each position
- Conduct routine site inspections to identify and resolve problems with the facilities
- Interact with guests
- Maintain the hostel facilities in proper working order
- Respond to emails
- Staff selection
- Assist with transportation requests
- Record duties, expenses, challenges, successes and areas for improvement for each event for replication
- Liaising with tour operators
- Issue work contracts
- Salary negotiations
- Request feedback and ideas from each team member
- Creating and advertising promotions
- Pay bills and collect debts in a manner that maintains a positive cash flow
- Organize and execute activities and special events
- Record and respond to guest concerns
- Organize and distribute payroll checks
- Keep up to date on employment laws
- Ensure team morale and motivation
- Engage guests directly
- Update bed allocation for online booking sites
- Establish and follow an operational budget
- Provide local and regional information
- Conduct check-in and checkout procedures
- Create monthly Profit and Loss reports
- Maintain accurate records of expenses and revenue
- Create and follow a plan to maintain the desired atmosphere in the hostel
- Respond to guest and staff feedback regarding broken or malfunctioning items
Requirements:
- Able to Travel Domestic and Abroad
- Have own laptop for work
- Background Study in Hotel Industry (Minimum diploma degree required)
- Young, Energetic, Responsible, And Good Manner Attitude
- Already live in Bali
- Minimum experience 2 years in Hotel Industry
- Indonesian citizen
- All gender can apply but female will be prefered and given high consideration for this position
- Fluent in English is a must and native in Bahasa Indonesia
- Understand computer, ms.office, email and internet
