• Mastering the test methods and procedures specified in accordance with the Australian Standard, ACI, ASTM.

• Have the ability to motivate & train laboratory staff.

• Maintain laboratory quality system so that it still meets SNI and or ACI requirements.

• Develop and implement a concrete test results monitoring system so that any potential quality problems are detected early.

• Investigate major technical complaints.

• Handle and implement formal procedures so that customer complaints and quality issues can be followed up quickly.

• Allocating and coordinating resources including human, needed to ensure all quality problems can be resolved as early as possible and at minimum cost for customer satisfaction.

• Manage environmental, quality, K3 ( K4LM ) aspects in their work environment.

Responsibility

• Making monthly reports relating to the quality aspects of the PBI plant to the QC Manager.

• Promote a culture of safety for all laboratory staff.

• Manage laboratory personnel and resources to maximize the effectiveness of QC services, provided internally for PT. Pionirbeton Industri ( PBI ) and Customer requirements.

Requirement

• Civil / Chemical Bachelor degree from reputable university

• Experience from ready mix / concrete company 6 years
