Job Description

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience as QC Telesales or QC Telecenter
  • Minimum Associate Degree (D3) from any major
  • Ability to learn about SOP, products, and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experienced working in Bank/Insurance industry would be a plus
  • Excellent knowledge of English would be a value added
  • Cool-tempered and target oriented
  • Familiar in providing coaching & training


Responsibilities:

  • Meet the listening target
  • Collaborate with the team leader to do coaching optimally, effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with the team leader to provide training to all new agents
  • Rate the recorded conversation according to the applicable parameters (SOP)
  • Doing analysis on recorded conversation between agents and clients
  • Provide daily, weekly, and monthly report
