Job Description

Job Accountability:

  • Perform vendor selection and evaluation processes properly which include quality, quantity, price, service, timeliness and flexibility
  • Coordinate intensively with all users and verifiers to achieve supply efficiency and effectiveness
  • Carry out the process of procuring the services needed to carry out the company's commercial operational activities to be carried out correctly so as to get the expected quality, best buy for the price, on time and good service


Requirements:

  • Expert in using Ms Excel
  • Understand all flow process of Purchasing Procedures
  • Good communication & negotiation
  • Min experience 2 years as import buyer/ import purchasing / in the same position/industry
  • Must fluently speaking & writing in Mandarin
  • Placement: Surabaya
  • Bachelor's degree in any major with GPA min 3.00
