Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general administrative tasks, such as data entry.

• Maintain updated records of purchases, delivery information, and invoices.

• Enter order details such as quantities and prices into internal databases.

• Conduct general administrative duties and materials for projects needed.

• Support the procurement team to solve order issues.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.

• Minimum of 2 years experience in administration/purchasing or a related field.

• Proven experience in marketing or administrative role, preferably in e-commerce industry.

• Proficient in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel).

• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of supplies is a must.

• Proactive and highly organized person.
