Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as Public Relations (PR) Officer located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The PR Officer will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies to build and maintain the organization's reputation and brand image, including managing media relations, preparing press releases, and organizing events. The PR Officer will collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure that brand strategy and messages align with the organization's mission.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing PR and communication strategies
• Familiarity with social media platforms and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience working with media outlets, including media relations and press releases
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Experience in crisis management and ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and tact
• Experience in the social services sector is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• At least 3 years of experience in public relations, communications, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field
