This role for managing and driving various concurrent projects (operational, productivity etc) at a regional level, from inception till completion. Ensure KPIs and deliverables are achieved on time. Responsible for project operations and programs support including standardization, quality management, document management, methods creation and maintenance, process improvement and tools for the project management function. Position require thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for :

• Manage and drive the project execution at regional level, projects cover a wide range (from operational client-facing to internal) in oil and gas industry.
• Always adhere to company HSE, Quality and Service Delivery standards/requirements when managing and implementing these projects.
• Translates discussion from working meetings into notes and action items within the project management system. Follows and keeps track of actions and issues, ensure these are closed out and resolved on time.
• Drive project execution, monitor and track progress, proactively and tactfully resolve all roadblocks.
• Work closely with all stakeholders, develop a clear understanding of each project and its requirements, probe and identify any gap/roadblock/issue that may result in the project not being delivered on time vs the targets.
• Anticipate and escalate to management immediately any roadblocks, issues or challenges that can jeopardize the progress and completion of various assigned projects.
• Utilize a balance of project management knowledge, technical and business acumen, contribute to a geographically-dispersed, diverse team in exceeding goals and commitments.
• Ensure stakeholders and team members are informed, have clear goals, and work collaboratively and in partnership with clients and other stakeholders to achieve planned outcomes.
• Effectively manage workloads in a fast paced environment while adjusting actions to respond to changing business demands from both internal stakeholders and external customers, or any unanticipated events.
• Develop and agree with management on project scope, key activities, deliverables, resource requirements, milestones, deadlines, KPIs.
• Conduct progress reviews and updates to management and stakeholders on time.

To be successful in this role you will:

• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Fluency in the English language is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of managing and executing various projects.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in Project Management.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Have Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Strong organizational ability, capable of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Working experience in oil and gas industry preferred.
