Job Description

Introduction

Yayasan Bali Bersih is an Indonesian non-profit organisation, founded in 2015, as a local partner for foundation soul surf project Bali (now Westerlaken foundation) by Dr. Rodney Westerlaken. Yayasan Bali Bersih has a complete Indonesian board. Yayasan Bali Bersih executes programs indicated and funded by Westerlaken foundation.

Yayasan Bali Bersih / Westerlaken Foundation focuses on:

  • Marine environment
  • Emergency relief
  • Human and children rights
  • Issues on cultural heritage management


Opportunity

We are looking for a Staff Program Officer with the following qualifications:

  • Able to drive a motorbike and have a driving license
  • Have an interest in social issues and empowerment
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English and have good communication skills
  • Happy to learn new things
  • S1 Public Health / Agriculture / Social or other relevant majors
  • Willing to work in our office in Denpasar Bali and make field visits if needed

  • Participate in other programs at the foundation
  • Running the empowerment program and writing reports
  • Coordinate with stakeholders or other parties related to children's rights and empowerment
  • Coordinate with stakeholders or other parties regarding the focus of the foundation program
  • Organizing work related to children's rights program
