Csr Communication Officer Jobs

Requirements:
- Have good leadership & project management skills
- Good at using any Digital Platform (Google, Notion, Microsoft Office or 365, etc)
- Good understanding in Sustainability, ESG, & CSR
- Experience in organizing creative event (offline & online)
- Able to end-to-end organize creative event
- Creative and proactive in keeping up with social trends and knowledge in social media.
- Strong logical and critical thinking, and a deep understanding of social media management.
- Project management experience and fanatical attention to detail
- Solid expertise in analysis and reporting, analytical thinking abilities shown to drive insights
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa
- Know using Digital Editing Software is a plus
- Understanding Corporate Reporting (Sustainability Report, Annual Report, etc) & Standards (GRI, POJK, etc) is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for organizing & managing communication projects
- Maintain and ensure good communication and coordination with clients
- Manage CSR Communication team to provide excellent project services
- Develop & manage creative event management for clients
- Responsible for preparation and submission of regular reports, awarding, etc for clients
- Developing client’s Social Media strategies, which are consistent with the brand identity to get wider awareness & support campaigns or projects.
- Manage and lead client’s meeting about project coordination and reporting
- Prepare and complete any ad-hoc tasks/ projects and managing the assignments into timely and proper completion.
