Job description

We are looking for Production Assistant Manager that has responsibility to ensure productivity & efficiency of production process with high quality product.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate people to ensure manpower productivity
• Minimize waste to ensure lean production process
• Manage production process effective and efficient
• Manage production activity to achieve production target (output)
• Manage safety and continuous improvement activity for team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with Engineering Background
• Min. 5 years of Production Experience at Managerial Level
• Good understanding and ability of 5R, Lean Manufacturing, OEE
• Willing to work in Surabaya
• Excellent in Leadership, Integrity, Analytical, Problem Solving, Achievement Orientation
• Preferably from Automotive Industry, Casting/Foundry Industry, Copper Industry
• Strong organizational, leadership and managerial skills
