Product Manager Jobs

Role

AwanTunai is looking for a Product Manager who will identify the customer’s need and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill, articulates what success looks like for a product, and rallies a team to turn that vision into a reality.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers and multiple teams to understand business demands that drive the analysis and design of quality business solutions.
• Involved in the full app features development life cycle, including UI/UX best suited for consumers.
• Collaborates closely with the business areas to identify requirements, project specifications and business cases as well as ensures that the solutions satisfy business needs and are implemented successfully.
• Ensures the consistency and maintainability of existing applications by creating, maintaining, and enforcing standards/procedures for implementing technical solution
• Describe the user experience and app features to business stakeholders. Including socialization and roll out of the feature to our business stakeholders.
• Stays with the project from inception to delivery, while guiding teams of Product designer, analyst, researcher, growth, ops and engineering.
• Develop requirements and specifications for new applications, processes and initiatives, or analyses change requests/enhancements in existing applications.
• Executes production tasks according to a documented schedule that meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements

• Great communication, documentation, and presentation skills, positive energy, able to help identify, facilitate, and drive a business solution to completion.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
• Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative, agile environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in a tech company. Experience in financial technology and customer facing products/features will be a great advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills with both external and internal contacts and ability to lead projects involving multiple functional areas to meet critical deadlines.
• Understanding of the software development life cycle and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills that allow you to articulate your ideas to engineers and business stakeholders.
