PT IJO INOVASI INDONESIA is a sustainable bioplastics company located in Bogor, Indonesia. Our bioplastics are made from Indonesian seaweed and are naturally biodegradable and home-compostable. Our flagship product, Seastraw, is an eco-friendly drinking straw that decomposes in just 90 days. We are committed to creating a future free from plastic waste and promoting sustainability through innovation.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site internship role for a Product Development Intern in Bogor. The Product Development Intern will work closely with the R&D team to research and develop new bioplastics products. The intern will also work with the Product Management team to ensure product quality, cost-effectiveness, and marketability.

Qualifications
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Research and Development (R&D) is preferred
  • Market Research and Analytical Skills
  • Product Management experience is a plus
  • Passion for sustainability and environmental protection
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field
