Procurement Buyer Jobs

We are looking for a generalist Purchasing Staff that are able to work under pressure - willing to go on-field and understand the production processes, and has relatively high interest in understanding the mechanics and electrical complexity of machine parts.

General Responsibility:

• Supplier evaluation & selection
• Contact suppliers for administrative procedures & complaint management
• Process Purchasing Requisition
• Searching for items, price comparison & negotiation
• Purchasing administration such as: Follow-up orders, Delivery Order, PO

Projects you will be under-going:

• Updating & improving our purchasing department's business process
• Support the migration of manual administrative work to digitization
• Updating & improving supplier database
• Initiatior in manufacturing spare part warehouse

Qualification:

• Willing to WFO in Tangerang
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, Google Sheet, Data Management
• Good communication & negotiation skill
• Having minimum 6 month of experience in procurement / purchasing / manufacture industry (preferably)
• Minimum Diploma III Degree in any major
