Deskripsi Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure adequate support in areas like supply chain, customer service, and marketing
• Develop an understanding of health/pharmaceutical category development & trends in the market
• Analyze, prepare, and present performance figures for management in weekly and monthly business reviews
• Engage and build relationships with key sellers to maintain supply and competitive pricing
• Develop plans for assortment, pricing, costing, promotional, and campaign activities to achieve sales goals

Syarat Pekerjaan

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in buyer/merchandiser/retail/business development role in the FMCG industry, experience in the Pharmaceutical industry will be a plus point
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal with a proven ability to influence others
• Strong business judgment backed by an analytical mindset and comfort in generating and evaluating various forecasts, metrics, and analyses
• Team spirit and enthusiasm in daily development growth
• A self-starter takes ownership and is passionate about driving results – comfortable in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment
