Process Engineer Specialist Jobs

About Client:

We are currently assisting our client, a cable manufacturer PT Willson Surya Unggul (or Wilson Cables), in filling a PROCESS ENGINEER SPECIALIST position. Placement in Kadu Jaya, Curug, Tangerang-Banten.

Job Responsibilities (but are not limited to):

• Develop standardized operating instructions for the upgrades process
• Pro-actively resolve design problems with vendors and third parties
• Perform risk assessments
• Design and test process upgrades and new process system
• Actively coordinate with related departments to increase productivity
• Ensure the process complies with safety and quality standards
• Draft process ideas to reduce costs and improve the production rate
• Perform process simulations, optimization tests, and troubleshooting issues

Job Qualifications:

• Having knowledge and understanding of the material, process equipment, and manufacturing innovation
• Willing to be placed in Kadu Jaya, Curug, Tangerang-Banten
• Competent in a variety of risk management processes
• Having critical thinking and good problem-solving skills
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Engineer/Production Engineer in the CABLE manufacturing industry is a MUST
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics or equivalent with a minimum GPA of 3,50
