Job Description
  • Work with operations to provide spot quotes to customers in a way that maximizes revenue.
  • Organize and prioritize RFQ (Quotation) requests in apps system and ensure all cost data is uploaded and up to date.
  • Create, analyze and maintain pricing reports, audits, statistical analysis and business intelligence reports.
  • Other responsibilities as given.
  • Manage bid cycle including RFQ (Quotation) process, awards and rate contracting phases.
  • Support sales, operations, and commercial support and ensure all contract info is current and communicated efficiently.
  • Compile customer bid data and incorporate analytical data from established tools to assist in determining optimal pricing strategies.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Fresh graduate are welcome, any major are also welcome but major in Logistics transportation will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in English
