Qualifications

• Have minimum 3 years experience in the same position
• Have strong analytical skills
• Have Good Communication skills and detail oriented
• Have experience in coordination with Management level

Responsibilities

• Conduct a review of assessment tools
• Ensuring that the training process is carried out properly and efficiently
• Responsible for the creation of training modules and the training process
• Evaluating the creation and development of job analysis, job descriptions, organizational structure
• Responsible for making employee branding team themes and evaluations
• Responsible for the Employee Engagement Program
• Responsible for making SOP & WI
