Our History

Food Retail Indonesia is a F&B and Retail company specialising in fine dining and semi-fine dining concepts. We are established in 2020 as a startup splitt-off of our sister company, Ruangan Pendingin Indonesia (RPI), who specialises in the B2B space, primarily in seafood & frozen food. RPI's desire to grow in the B2C space, which is a not so familiar territory for them, along with the new waves that the F&B industry is facing, led to our funding with the idea of us being a more agile and digitally-literate entity. Our current brands are Sushi Masa, The Sixth, Sushi Maki, Ichiba Omakase, Rodin Patiserrie, and Fishop.

Responsibilities

The role will mainly require you take and edit still or moving images, mainly involving food, completed dishes, and food related products. This role also demands creative insight into any of: content, still and motion (sketching out content posts or video storyboards for example) while this might be a lot to ask for a single person, we give freedom in the development of an assigned brand to the person.

Other, minor work may/ may not include: Editing, enhancing, trimming, final cuts to videos and photos.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or final year student in cinematography, film studies, or related fields (Not an Ultimatum).
• Interested in Photography and Videography.
• Skilled with video & photo editing software such as Premier and Photoshop.
• Willing to work from our office which located in North Jakarta.
