We're looking for a skilled Photo-Videographer to join our team in the property industry. Your main job is to take high-quality photos and videos of properties to attract potential buyers. You'll work with our marketing team to create appealing visuals that showcase each property's best features.

Key Responsibilities

• Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital files efficiently.
• Composition and Lighting: Use your creativity to create visually appealing shots that highlight the property's best aspects.
• Photography and Videography: Capture great photos and videos of properties, including interiors, exteriors, and amenities.
• Editing: Enhance the visuals using editing software to make them look their best.
• Location Scouting: Visit properties to find the best angles and spots for great visuals.
• Coordination: Work with the marketing team and property managers to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Equipment: Maintain and take care of your photography and videography equipment.

Qualifications

• Good eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Having professional camera minimum spec mirrorless camera (mandatory).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with others.
• Familiarity with high-end cameras and editing software.
• Experience as a Photo-Videographer, preferably in real estate.
• Portfolio of previous real estate photography and videography work is a plus.
