BAKED. founded in an industrial cafe/bakery setting, our main mission is to provide the best quality service and products, in a unique space with products that stand out from the rest of the pack.

BAKED. main focus is serving artisan sourdough bread and pastries, along with a range of local artisanal handcrafted products and unique comforting meals. It has the goal of establishing the relation between creativity and baking without being constrained by only being a bakery or cafe, but a strong expandable brand with name recognition.

:

• Prepare all the needs for the photoshoot editorial process (sourcing props, gear, talent, and studios related to the photoshoot project).
• Setting up lighting and styling product for the production.
• Directing model in production to deliver the concept.
• Creating a mood board and working with creativity to get a concept working.
• Planning and scheduling shooting sessions.
• Proactive in giving ideas & improvements to the content production team
• Plan and present photography and other visual content production workshops and training materials for Content team, Marketing Team, and Merchandise Team.
• Edit & Retouch in everyproject

Requirements :

• Creative and artistic skills
• Minimum 1-2 year(s) of experience as a professional
• Knowledge of intermediate lighting setup for studio
• Knowledge of outdoor and studio photography
• Solid knowledge of photography and editing software (Photoshop and Lightroom)
• Strong professional portfolio with a variety of current photo work including corporate, studio, websites, and social media
• Outstanding portfolio of completed design project
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work to a tight schedule and fast paced environment
