Telemarketer / Phone Dating Consultant (Full Time)

We are looking for driven Telemarketers to reach out to our existing databases for the purpose of screening eligible candidates and confirming their interests in meeting the right one for a long term relationship.This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia & does not involve selling over the phone. However, applicants can explore both telesales or consultative sales roles in the Company.

* This is a Work-From-Home role at present due to the Covid-19 Situation. However, the team will likely be required to return back to the office when the situation permits.

Responsibilities

• To schedule appointments for complimentary 1-1 sessions at our office.
• Hit daily target of calls and appointments made
• To confirm scheduled appointments.
• Able to assist with any enquiries callers may have
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers

Requirements

• Persistent and results-oriented
• Fresh graduates who possess excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply
• Excellent verbal communication skill with effective listening
• You possess good work ethics and integrity
• Excellent communication skill and being able to think fast on your feet is a MUST
• Willingness to drive growth and able to embrace and tackle challenges.
• Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree in any field
• Experience in sales, tele-sales, telemarketing is a huge plus
• Highly motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English
• Relentlessly driven and seeks challenges
